2025 Contribution Statements

Any parishioner who would like a statement of their 2025 Church Contributions for income tax purposes should submit their name, address and envelope number (required) and either drop the request in the collection basket at Mass or mail/bring it to the Parish Office.

NOTE: Contribution Statements will not be automatically mailed. Requests must be made in writing with all the above information provided. Please do not call the Parish Office as requests cannot be taken over the phone.
